Product Overview
EmaStar is Agvanta's formulation of Emamectin Benzoate 5% SG — a highly effective insecticide from the avermectin class, specifically designed for controlling lepidopteran larvae (caterpillars and borers) across a wide range of crops. EmaStar acts on the GABA receptors in insect nerve cells, causing irreversible paralysis and death of larvae. It is highly active even at very low doses, providing excellent control of bollworms, fruit borers, and diamondback moth with minimal environmental impact.
